The Strassman Approach
Before recommending surgery, Dr. Strassman exhausts conservative options — physical therapy, injections, bracing, and activity modification. When surgery is the right answer, he executes with precision and communicates clearly at every step.
Patients consistently describe his style as direct and thorough — never dismissive, always data-informed. He believes in shared decision-making and ensuring every patient understands the evidence behind their treatment plan.
Advanced imaging, physical examination, and functional assessment before any treatment recommendation.
Non-surgical pathways explored and documented. Surgery is reserved for cases where it changes outcomes.
Evidence-based technique selection, with robotic and computer-assisted tools where they improve accuracy.
A clear post-operative plan with milestones, PT coordination, and accessible follow-up care.
